Dynamic quality is a feture that adjusts the games internal render scale based on your devices frame times. Dynamic quality will never try to exceed the selected quality setting from the options menu but it will go as low needed in order to try and maintain a playbale experiance.

No not totaly the first two levels are always the same tutorial levels followed by a extreamly high propabilty of easy levels untill level ten which is a special challenge level. Following level ten are nine levels with a high chance of medium difficulty, Then at level 20 a new challenge level. All levels after twenty are totaly random exept the challenge levels that apear at level 25,30,35,40,45 and 50.
